Motorcycle Sales Associate

  • Greet customers in a courteous and friendly manner.
  • Handle telephone transactions quickly and courteously.
  • Cultivate prospects ( ex. showroom customer follow-up, phone-in inquiries, past owners, etc.)
  • Present the features of all products to customers along with their benefits.
  • Maintain current knowledge of sales techniques and product information.
  • Must have current motorcycle license.
  • Complete online training as necessary to keep current with product.

Parts and Accessories Associate

  • Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner.
  • Handle telephone transactions quickly and courteously.
  • Be able to determine correct fitment and pull parts for a wide variety of year and model bikes.
  • Point out any sales, specials, new merchandise, and offer additional products that may compliment the customer purchase.
  • Ensure merchandise displays are stocked, clean and appealing to customers.
  • Become familiar with all phases of the computer system required for P&A management.
  • Complete online training as necessary to keep current with product.

Service Writer

  • Greet customers in a courteous and friendly manner.
  • Handle telephone transactions quickly and courteously.
  • Open and close internal, customer pay and warranty work orders.
  • Become proficient with all phases of the computer system as necessary.
  • Maintain communication with customers regarding job progress and changes.
  • Complete online training as necessary to keep current with product.

Service Technician

  • Provide prompt, dependable, high quality motorcycle service.
  • Complete work within the scheduled or allotted time period.
  • Perform service, repair and customization work in accordance with factory specifications.
  • Keep work area tidy and organized to maintain shop cleanliness.
  • Maintain technical qualifications by completing any necessary online or in-person training.
  • Must have current motorcycle license.

Part-Time General Merchandise Associates

  • Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner.
  • Assist customers with their selection of merchandise and offer additional product that compliments the purchase.
  • Receive and process merchandise from distributors and prepare product for showroom floor
  • Participate in periodic physical inventory counts of all merchandise.
  • Ensure merchandise displays and areas are stocked, clean, dust free, and appealing to customers.
  • Provide promt and accurate service at the register
  • Complete online training as necessary to keep current with merchandise
