I highly recommend Precision Harley-Davidson for motorcycle inspections, sales, service, parts or the retail accessories shop; they've got it all! I brought in my 1973 Honda CL350 Scrambler for an inspection, and I had a little trouble with some of the parts. Richie, the owner, went out of his way to spend an hour of his time to help me with my bike. You can't find this kind of service anywhere except when you go straight to locally-owned shops like this one. I went back a few weeks later and Richie spent another hour of his time with me and totally got all of my parts and my bike straightened out and now I have a nice new inspection sticker. This dealership is one class act. I live in a small CT town and was looking for a bike. I search all throughout CT with nothing I liked. I expanded my search and saw a few bikes at Precision that looked good. I called and the person told me they had over 120 used bikes and a half dozen Road Kings in stock. The next day I grabbed my friend and made the two hour trip. It was well worth it. Tom showed me the bike I originally came to look at but a different one caught my eye. There was no pressure, no pushy salesman tactics. I left the deposit and the following week I went back with my boss aka my wife. We were greeted at the door by Tom who handed us over to John. John was very professional and had all the paperwork in order and ready to go. It all went very smoothly. Being from CT I had to go to DMV to register the bike. Tom had a CT registration form all filled out and a packet with all the necessary paperwork. The next stop was parts. Joel went through a catalog with all parts and accessories for my bike then handed it to me to take home. While there I purchased a backrest. I also meet with Allen who took me over to the clothes and showed me around. Seeing how I am planning a few trips to Virginia, my wife purchased a helmet for me. Again there was no pressure. I also had the chance to meet the owner Rich. We hit it off talking about the Panheads and things we did to keep them running. Last was a stop at service. Meet with Samantha. She was a pleasure to talk to and insured me that my bike would be in the shop first thing in morning for service and backrest. I arranged for delivery and Allen to care of that. He dropped it off on a Sunday and was there right when he said. He went over the bike with me and was in no hurry to leave. He made sure I understood everything. He even brought a few screws for the plate. I would highly recommend Precision Harley Davidson to everyone. They are professional and courteous to deal with. If you are in the market for a bike, its worth the trip.

Precision, Precision, Precision. I had been looking to upgrade from my Sportster XL1200C for quite some time but, could not find the year and model I was looking for at my local dealer. I guess you could say that I was more then ready to take it very much to the next level of power. Those of us that own a Harley, know exactly what I am talking about. Another year was getting ready to pass with the fall season coming to a fast end and me, well I guess you could say I was once again willing to wait it out to get what I wanted. During this time a friend of mine asked me if I checked other dealers like maybe Rhode Island or other near by states. I had not done this because, I wanted to stay loyal to my local dealer because, from the time I entered their shop, I was always treated with five star service and respect. I really felt that it gets no better than this. So, I went to the internet and the first name that caught my eye was Precision Harley-Davidson, Inc. I took a look at their inventory and did some research on the dealership, liked what I saw and made the call. I spoke with Jay Charney who is a sales rep for Precision and knew right off the bat that this was my guy. I set a date to see the bike that I had called about and was even more impressed with the dealership, the inventory, Jay's knowledge and valued advice. It's true what they say about Harley's, you don't pick the bike, the bike picks you. You can go in with one thing in mind and come out with something totally different that not only feels good but, is totally right for you. "Love You for that Harley" I sealed my deal after months of looking elsewhere on a 2012 FLD 103 Dyna Switchback. After sealing the deal and while waiting for service to go through and get my bike ready to travel, I was taken around and introduced to the rest of the Precision family and now, I want to thank you all for such a memorable experience and five star service continued even after the sale. First and foremost Butch who was as cool and calm as they come, Jay Charney my sales rep who went above and beyond to make my deal happen, John who put together my entire finance package with no errors which made life very easy at the DMV, Al in parts who was there from the day I walked in the dealership and always gave good advice and complements as well helped load my bike into my trailer to trailer home, Samantha in service the young lady with the bright beautiful smile who made sure that my bike got it's final touches and made road ready, all the ladies in clothing and accessory who assisted me with sales after the purchase of my bike, and saving the best for last, Richie who not only helped load my baby into my trailer but, gave great advice, helped with the tie down to make sure everything was secured and gave great tips on care of the bike. Richie's final words before I pulled off a happy camper was a hand shake and the words, remember, we are here if you should need us or if you just want to stop in and say hello. Thank you all and have a wonderful Christmas, I know I will because of you...

Was out of town in Michigan and stopped by Brighton HD in Michigan. Asked if they had a part. They said no but scanned system and recommended I call you guys. Talked to Joel and told him the accessory I was looking for was for a 2001 Dyna. He thought part might be obsolete and hard to locate but he was able to find it. He was thorough, professional and courteous. Super guy. Thanks very much, Joel!!!!

On our trip at US / CAN East Coast my rented HD Heritage had a breakdown. Rear/Flash/Stoplight passed smoking away. With such emergency I stopped by.

SAMATHA and her team were very helpful! No waiting! They picked up the order right away and made from 2 parts the one that fit.

From the moment I stepped foot Into Precision I was greeted by Gerry asking if he could help me and ya know he really meant it,he came up with a bike that was just what I was looking for and could afford ,and Gerry is the kind of guy that will walk with you every step of the way and more,I picked up the bike yesterday and he was not in on Thurs so Tom took care of making sure when I got there that the bike was all set for me,from the cleaning to getting the plate on it and making sure it all went smoothly and in a timely manner then going over everything about the bike with me and was open for any questioned I had. Bruce who put together the financing for me couldn't have explained everything and put it together any better ,a man that explains everything in detail and wants to make sure in every area of the financing to the warranty that you the customer understand and if not he will take the time to help you with what you don,t understand ,he is not the kind of guy to rush thru the financing process because of time,after the financing was complete Bruce and Gerry helped me with my insurance co without blinking an eye that they were on the phone for 52 minutes with my insurance co and making sure all the details were right for the insurance co to fax over to them. There is also a gentleman that works there named Scott that took his time even thou he was busier than busy to find a sales lady to help me personally find a helmet for me and plus talked with her and they gave me the best price possible which I couldn't,t believe.By the way it's Friday the day after I picked the bike up,and Gerry the salesman that helped me find this bike just called me to ask how everything went when I picked the bike up,that to me shows not just dedication and team work towards the customer from all at Precision Harley in Pawtucket ,but old fashion down to earth giving it there all because they care ,and that is a quail it hard to find these days. I recently had my motorcycle worked on at your Dealership and I cannot say how well done it was performed. I have done business with Allen before in the parts department and it is was great to have him take care of me in service. His knowledge is so valuable in both departments. The work was done exactly as I asked and and came back better than expected. I had previously had my motorcycle serviced at another dealership for 5 years, of which the work was never done to my satisfaction. I am glad to see my motorcycle has found a new home for service. Compliments to the service tech who performed the service and the other young lady that cashed me out. Also I must mention the sales dept which complimented on my motorcycle. Thanks Again !

The purchase of my Electra Glide Limited last summer from Precision went smoothly, so I did not hesitate recently to bring it in for service. The bike needed a new set of tires and the front brake was not operating properly. The tires were an easy fix, but the brake problem proved more challenging. Shop owner Richie took a special interest in ensuring the job was done correctly and to my satisfaction. I've ridden the bike for several weeks now and can say the new tires are awesome and the brakes work perfectly. Also, I've made several purchases from the parts department, including a driver backrest, and they have always been very helpful. Thanks Precision. I am one happy customer!

At the end of last riding season I purchased two tires for my 2006 Softail deuce from Ocean State Harley-Davidson. Which they installed. After 500 miles the front tire went down. I brought the tire to them to have it repaired or look at. They told me the tire was no good and would cost $300 to replace. As well as taking four days to do the job. I took the tire back and came to your service department this morning. Your service department could not have been nicer and more honest with me. Not only did they inspect the tire for what went wrong. They also found that the tube nor band had been replaced when I was charged for it. They prepared the tire correctly balanced it and sent me on my way within one hour. Out of convenience I have not had my bike serviced by you but after my experience my bike will go nowhere except position. Thank you again for your help is appreciated. Dave

Bought my first Harley, a 2012 Ultra Classic Electra Glide a few months ago. Andy Gilman was our salesman and he took great care of us. Very helpful and professional. Gave us great advice on accessories to add to the bike and even guided us away from some things I thought I wanted but he convinced us otherwise. Never fely like he was just trying to load us up on options. Would definitely buy from him again. The financing was painless and Bruce, the finance manager had us through the paperwork in no time. My wife was a bit nervous about the sale, and Bruce took the time to put her at ease. I'd been kicking the tires at Precision HD for about 5 years before actually pulling the trigger. I bent the ear of many salesmen and managers there all that time, and they always were patient with me and made me feel welcome. I felt like they were honestly trying to earn my business - which they eventally did. The folks in the clothing and accessories dept were just as helpful.
